Redinn successfully procured 530 acres of land across multiple rural locations with high wind energy potential. The strategic selection of these areas was based on consistent wind patterns and proximity to the power grid, making them ideal for large-scale wind energy projects.
The land acquisition involved navigating complex negotiations with agricultural landowners who initially resisted due to concerns about losing arable land. Redinn engaged in transparent discussions, ensuring landowners were fairly compensated while addressing their concerns through awareness programs on the long-term benefits of renewable energy. All sales agreements were secured ethically, with a focus on sustainable land use practices.
Redinn’s end-to-end involvement in the project extended beyond land acquisition. The company handled comprehensive site assessments, wind resource analysis, and feasibility studies to ensure the selected land could support optimal wind energy generation. Legal and regulatory processes, including land conversion approvals and compliance with environmental guidelines, were meticulously managed.

33 kV Line Implementation : Installed a dedicated 33 kV line for efficient power evacuation.
WTG Road Movement : Constructed specialized roads for the transportation of wind turbine generators (WTG).
EHV Tower Implementation : Installed Extra High Voltage (EHV) towers to support energy distribution.
TCI (Transport, Craning, and Installation) : Managed the entire transport, craning, and installation process for wind turbines.
During the construction phase, Redinn oversaw foundation development, the installation of wind turbines, and grid infrastructure setup. Extensive testing and quality assurance were conducted to ensure the wind turbines met industry standards for safety and efficiency. Once construction was completed, the sites were commissioned and integrated with the power grid, providing sustainable energy to the region.
